TT Italy S.p.A is an Italian manufacturer of industrial bakery equipment, specialized in process control. It started its activity in 2003 and now, with only 22 years of experience, it stands out as the world leader in engineering and manufacturing complete industrial cake lines, from batter preparation to the final product.

In our headquarters, we offer our customers the most advanced technology and equipment to produce a wide range of bakery products: cupcake and deposited cakes, layer cakes and Swiss rolls, cheesecake and celebration cakes, filled products and spoon desserts. We also provide constant assistance, both remote and on-site, from the concept of the line to the start-up, allowing you to fully control the process.

In 2024, after 20 years of experience in the bakery field and with more than 100 lines successfully installed worldwide, we decided to add the missing ring to our Industrial Cake Lines: the Tunnel Ovens. With this new final addition, we are able to offer complete, homemade turnkey lines by taking full responsibility during each step of the process and providing high-quality systems and services that meet the customers' needs.

We strive to enable our clients’ success with a 360° approach, including project consulting from our global experience, tailor-made equipment, and recipe development from our Food Technologists’ team, TT LAB. Whether reformulating a recipe or developing a new product, TT LAB’s main goal is to support our clients and find the appropriate solution, in line with their specific targets. With over 80 industrial cake lines commissioned, TT LAB leverages profound know-how on the global ingredient market, providing product R&D services to customers.
