All RBP machines are preset upon delivery and can be put into operation immediately with a few simple steps. If it is advantageous for you, we offer commissioning, instruction and training of your personnel also on site or via video film as well as validation assistance according to your specification. For each RBP machine, you will receive comprehensive documentation consisting of easy-to-understand, richly illustrated operating instructions, a circuit diagram with parts lists, the machine layout, the GS test certificate and an EU declaration of conformity including a list of the materials used. Of course, we provide a two-year warranty on all RBP machines as well as on our format sets. Goodwill and service are not empty words for us - even after the warranty has expired.
