MICHAEL PROCOS S.A. is a family-owned business that has been producing high-quality Disposable Products targeting the Catering and Retail F&B Industries for over 37 years. What started as a humble operation making disposable Cutlery, has since grown into a leading manufacturer of a wide range of innovative and environmentally friendly products.

Our commitment to innovation and excellence is demonstrated through the company’s history of continuous investment in new technologies, expanding production capacity, and extending market share to international markets.

In 2004, MICHAEL PROCOS S.A. became the first producer in Greece to invest in the production of EPS Foam Cups and, subsequently, food containers. These game-changing products became staples in the market until 2021, when styrofoam was replaced by more eco-friendly materials such as paper and other sustainable alternatives, reflecting our ongoing dedication to providing innovative and environmentally responsible solutions.

In 2010, MICHAEL PROCOS S.A. relocated its manufacturing operations to a new and contemporary plant that spans a production surface of 17,000 square meters. During the same year, the plant was equipped with cutting-edge extrusion and thermoforming technology to manufacture recyclable PET Cups & Lids, which has significantly broadened the company’s product portfolio. The company also acquired a substantial amount of land that can accommodate double of its current capacity in the future.

Building on its success, the company further expanded its product portfolio in 2014, by adding a new line to produce Polystyrene Lids for Paper and EPS Cups, and in 2019, adding paper cups and paper food containers that are made from renewable materials and are fully recyclable.

Having cemented its reputation as a trusted and reliable partner, nowadays the company offers a comprehensive range of high-quality disposable & reusable products exported to over 46 countries while it continues to hold the leading market position in Greece for RPET Cups (recyclable), with a domestic market share of approximately 70% (RPET Cups & Paper Cups) and an annual production capacity of over 2.3 Billion units – a testament to its ongoing success and dedication to meeting the needs of its customers.
