Today's MERZ Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH was founded in 1979 as the design office of MERZ was founded. This was managed by Eckhard Merz together with his wife Maria for over 40 years. Today, Holger Merz is the second generation of the family to manage the company more than 90 highly qualified employees.
