Lohia Corp Limited (LCL) provides solutions for the flexible woven plastic (PP/HDPE) industry for packaging of solid bulk materials and a variety of infrastructure-related applications.

With four decades of experience in the segment, the company has a manufacturing campus of about 180,000 sqm in Kanpur and Bangalore supported by in-house R&D capabilities.

LCL has delivered till date an accumulated plastic processing capacity of more than 8.5 million metric tons per annum with an installation base of more than 2,400+ extrusion lines and 1,00,000+ circular weaving looms globally, which is a testimony of its engineering capabilities. With a vast portfolio covering advanced solutions for tape extrusion, winding, weaving, converting, and recycling, LCL has several patented technologies and serves its customers from conceptualization to commissioning in over 100+ countries across the globe.

To provide timely and effective post-sales support to customers, the company has a team of more than 130+ technical subject matter experts who offer professional and effective support for onsite or remote assistance and diagnostics.

Taking the lead to support the industry, LCL has set up the “TTRC - The Academy for Technical Textiles" in the year 2012 to provide structured institutional training to prepare the trained workforce for the raffia industry. It has developed a laboratory accredited with NABL (India) as per ISO 17025: 2017, to undertake testing and quality assignments of PP/HDPE woven sacks and fabrics to further support its customers. The Academy for Technical Textiles is also engaged in developmental projects with petrochemical and plastics raw material companies.

LCL has been awarded for excellence in export performance by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry-GOI, Federation of Indian Export Organizations, Niryat Shree award by the President of India and has also been awarded the ‘Best Plastics & Polymers Brand Award’ by the Economic Times in 2022.
