For the Converting Industry, Karlville provides “post-print” flexible packaging converting machinery for lamination, slitting, inspection, lasers, and shrink sleeves with its long-time manufacturing partner Webcontrol & Yo Den. In partnership with HP Indigo, Karlville fabricates a thermal laminator product line trademarked Pack Ready. This is a zero-cure-time laminator for high-value lamination in the digital space. Specific to innovation, the company’s Combi Pack Ready Laminator is a tool for digital operations with HP Indigo 200K Presses to laminate with both solventless adhesive and thermal technologies for long, medium and short runs. For Laser Converting, Karlville integrates LasX lasers into our slitters for downweb and custom applications for easy-open packaging, micro-holes for breathable packaging and perforations for shrink sleeve removal and cutting intricate product windows in paper packaging.
