JBF RAK LLC

JBF RAK LLC was established in the Year 2005 in Ras AL Khaimah ( RAK) a Northern Emirate in United Arab Emirates ( UAE). This is an integrated production facility that produces Film Grade Resins, Bottle Grade PET Resins, BOPET Films ( 7 micron to 350 Micron ) , Metallised PET films and Offline Coated Films, Wooden Pallets, Plastic Cores , Paper Cores etc. all in one complex.

In the Year 2007, the state of the art technology PET manufacturing facility was commissioned to manufacture Bottle grade and Film grade PET resins with an annual capacity totalling to 430,000 MT.

With its inbuilt process capabilities and design flexibility, the facility can produce Super Bright Chips for its Captive consumption and for global distribution, and Bottle Grade PET Resins for global distribution simultaneously.

Between the Year 2008 and the Year 2011, 4 BOPET film lines were commissioned to JBF manufacture thin and thick PET films ranging from 8 micron to 350 micron with an annual capacity of 86,400 MT.

The production facility today is dedicated to the manufacturing of PET products for supplies to our large customer base including Brand Owners, Converters & End Users with presence in more than 60 countries across the globe.

JBF RAK adds value to its Films by metallising , AlOX metallising and coating BOPET Films. JBF RAK has established itself as an industry leader in various Packaging & Industrial segments.
